摘要: "This paper considers vulnerability reduction in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) from a more aggregated macro viewpoint. We focus on risk related to agriculture, since and agriculture are intimately linked SSA due the location of poor, their dependence inherent risks an agricultural livelihood. argue that growth is one most effective means for improving permanent incomes reducing vulnerability.
