摘要: Allocating the right person to a task or job is key issue for improving quality and performance of achievements, usually addressed using concept "competences". Nevertheless, providing an accurate assessment competences individual may be in practice difficult task. We suggest this paper model uncertainty on possessed by possibility distribution, imprecision required fuzzy constraint, taking into account possible interactions between Choquet Integral. As difference with comparable approaches, we then perform allocation persons jobs Robust Optimisation approach, allowing minimize risk taken decision maker. first apply framework problem selecting candidate within n job, extend method c candidates j (c ≥ j) leximin criterion.
