摘要: The article proposes the decision support method for selection of project team members basing on their knowledge, experience and collaboration skills. According to management best practices presented in article, successful requires formal model knowledge as well accurate measures worker performance completing assigned tasks. is driven by competence that meets these requirements providing quantitative analysis skills employing methods mathematical programming elements fuzzy sets theory. author paper multiple criteria approach building based members.
