摘要: In the “Project-oriented Company (POC)” project management (pm-)competences are not just required by individuals, but also teams and organisation overall. These competences have to correlate. The pm-competences e.g. of individuals performing roles, such as owner, manager, or team member, be in accordance with organisational a company. teams, organisations can described, measured, further developed. As has considered core competence POC, development this explicitly invested.
