摘要: A radioimmunoassay (RIA) was developed for measurement of phencyclidine (PCP) and its monohydroxy metabolites in urine. Anti-PCP serum generated rabbits the labeled antigen prepared by radio-iodination (125I) Hunter-Greenwood procedure. Adjustment antiserum 125I-antigen concentrations resulted a dynamic response from 0 to 200 ng/ml as little 2 detected. Reagents were stable at least three months 8 degrees C. Most (95%) urine specimens presumed nonusers contained less than 5 suspected abusers usually exceeded 100 ng/ml. Comparison RIA with other methods detection PCP showed good agreement. Cross-reactivity commonly prescribed drugs not encountered. The recovery 93 109% over 20 175 concentration range reproducibility (average coefficient variation) +/- 13%. Development has rapid procedure that can be adapted automated processing is also suitable small-scale testing.
