摘要: Abstract Morphological evolution during the solidification of succinonitrile–5 at.% water transparent alloy and Sn–15 wt.% Pb under mechanical stirring was investigated experimentally by in situ observation quenching, respectively. The results showed that primary microstructures were solidified with a globular shape when induced strong shear flow. formation mechanism microstructure is discussed, according to morphological stability theory. analysis indicates rotation flow induces stabilizing effect on instability at solid–liquid interface promotes growth after it nucleated melt.
