摘要: The electron runaway theories of Kruskal and Bernstein Lebedev are extended to apply multiply ionized, multiple species plasmas. resulting expressions for rates compared with results obtained by Kulsrud, Sun, Winsor, Fallon from numerical solutions the Fokker–Planck equation.
