摘要: ABSTRACT Effects due to instabilities excited in the low-density regime of tokamaks by runaway electrons via cyclotron resonance ω+Ω = k‖V‖along with formation a positive slope distribution are considered. Conditions for production high perpendicular energy and their trapping toroidal field ripples, leading liner damage, discussed found be rather stringent. Fairly good agreement experiments is found.
