摘要: Abstract Influence of material strain hardening on the mechanics steady continuous roll- and edge-bending mode in four-roll plate bending process was investigated. An analytical method to solve governing differential equations for large deflection elastoplastic thin with any general law developed. Numerical results physical quantities (i) shift contact angle rolls, (ii) forces applied rolls (iii) position setup side roll, etc. were obtained shown graphically as a function desired finish curvature made linear material. Comparison perfectly plastic is also made.
