摘要: Medicago ruthenica is a perennial leguminous plant with great economic value for forage production and soil conservation in northern China. Simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers are major molecular tool genetic genomic research that have been extensively developed used crops. However, few available in M. ruthenica, an important cool-season species in China. Using transcriptome data, we 213 polymorphic SSR markers. Additionally, these to quantify selfing outcrossing rates of M. plants under field conditions. The rate was calculated be 75.9%. first large set codominant ruthenica and knowledge its behavior should highly valuable traditional biological research.
