摘要: In brief: Modern dance encompasses many different techniques, each of which makes unique demands on the dancer's body. When these are amplified by repetition required to learn and use any technique, overuse injuries sometimes result. To provide a data base for studying in significant sample modern community, we surveyed 164 dancers, who reported total 229 over past five years. Injury sites frequency varied with technique. For example, rate knee was higher among dancers using Graham technique than those Horton (25% 10.8%, respectively), whereas lower back occurred more frequently (21.6% 16.7%, respectively). Hence, is factor consider when injuries.
