摘要: Conditions that occur in the dancer's hip fall into following categories: poor training; conditions as result of normal use; overuse syndromes, including tendinitis and myositis; referring pain to hip. Dancers are highly motivated goal oriented often suppress symptoms for long periods, making diagnosis treatment difficult. Observing dancer at work understanding his art emphasized, a practical guide therapy is presented. Development proper dance technique flexibility program can decrease incidence injuries.
