摘要: Abstract Phospholipids have been used to prepare liposomes. The use of phospholipids stabilize nanoemulsions may cause spontaneous formation main objective this study is develop a method phospholipid stabilized in small scale ( A combination hand extrusion and detergent removal methods was study. Extrusion through polycarbonate membranes performed two steps, firstly using 400 nm followed by 200 as the second step. Sodium cholate solubilize formed liposomes which later removed via dialysis. Nanoemulsions were characterized measuring their particle size, polydispersity index zeta-potential Photon Correlation Spectroscopy Cryo-TEM pictures. stability nanoemulsion stored under refrigeration also studied. Fifty-one cycles membrane pore size one-hundred fifty-three produced having below (diameter). found be homogenous depicted (PDI) value 0.1. Similarly, measured above −30 mV sufficient keep stable for long 7 months when refrigeration. pictures revealed 30 mM an optimum concentration sodium with negligible proportion It concluded that could established preparing will not only reduce cost preparation but disposal toxic chemicals functionalizing scientific research.
