摘要: Flowering time in plants is a tightly regulated process. In barley (Hordeum vulgare L.), HvFT1, homolog of FLOWERING LOCUS T, the main integrator photoperiod and vernalization signals leading to transition from vegetative reproductive state plant. This gene presents sequence polymorphisms affecting flowering first intron promoter. Recently, copy number variation (CNV) has been described for this gene. An allele with more than one was linked higher expression, earlier flowering, an overriding effect mechanism. study aims at i) surveying distribution HvFT1 across germplasm ii) confirming whether CNV related phenotype. We analyzed 109 winter, spring facultative varieties. There (2-5) only or barleys without functional VrnH2 allele. investigated several regions inside around HvFT1. Two models were found: same promoters transcribed regions, another promoter variable regions. last model found Nordic only. Under long day conditions earliest lines those sensitive PpdH1 allele, which induced expression flowered before typical cultivars (with recessive ppdH1), independently number. HvCEN also affected time, although expression. Among different copies, no clear relation between CNV, time. confirmed set doubled haploid population segregating CNV. Earlier presence copies seen cultivar Tammi, carries promoter, suggesting structure its regulation.<
