Gastrointestinal metastasis from primary lung cancer. Case series and systematic literature review.

摘要: Aim of the present study is to report clinical characteristics and outcomes patients treated in authors' hospital for GI metastasis from primary lung cancer, analyse same data concerning retrieved a systematic literature review. We performed retrospective analysis prospectively collected data, review using Meta-analysis Of Observational Studies Epidemiology (MOOSE) guidelines. Ninety-one were included, 5 86 through PubMed database keywords "intestinal metastasis" AND "lung cancer". The median time between cancer diagnosis was 2 months overall survival 4 months. This group poor prognosis gold standard treatment not defined. None reported treatments had significant impact on survival.
