摘要: Abstract Small bowel metastases from a primary lung carcinoma are rare. We report case of 76-year-old male with neuroendocrine small cell the lung, treated by chemotherapy, who developed fever and symptoms (subocclusion pain). On CT examination, he was found to have tumour in bowel. The patient then underwent abdominal surgery. At operation we occlusion neoplasia therefore resected 15 cm ileum side-to-side anastomosis. Early recognition this rare condition is important due fact that complicated intestinal can lead high mortality rates poor short-term outcomes. With advances chemotherapy palliative care, patients metastatic sometimes survive more than year reasonable quality life.
