摘要: Abstract A field study was carried out during the summer of 2013 in Liaodong Bay, China to determine dynamics phytoplankton bay and extent which primary production constrained by environmental factors. There little or no evidence limitation nutrient concentrations at any sampling stations, with possible exception a few offshore stations where phosphate were less than 30 nM. This assessment consistent results enrichment experiments values light-saturated photosynthetic rates areal rates. To examine effects irradiance temperature on normalized chlorophyll ( P o p t b ) twelve measured 14C method, light-conditioned modeled as function satisfactory fit our data (R2 = 0.60, p = 0.003). According this model, increased temperatures from 22 °C roughly 25 °C but declined precipitously higher temperatures, corresponding all 66 estimated be 7.6 ± 2.4 g C g−1 Chl h−1 532 ± 429 gC m−2 d−1 average, respectively. The quanta absorbed per carbon atom fixed averaged 14 ± 2 37 10 six coastal estuarine relatively high low quantum requirements implied highly efficient usage light under nutrient-replete conditions favorable temperatures. Comparatively, suggested rather extreme lowly photosynthesis Liaohe River estuary. Areal Bay appears controlled combination limitation.
