摘要: In order to find a suitable analgesic for the treatment of postoperative pain in pigs effect buprenorphine, etorphine and pethidine has been compared 8 domestic pigs. For assessment action on thermal (hot plate) two mechanical (cannulation ear vein, needle prick) noxious stimuli have employed. pilot experiment 2 which methadone was included maximal effective doses were estimated each drug. Methadone found unsuitable because unacceptable side effects (respiratory dysfunction, hyperactivity) at dose levels. Next buprenorphine 120 micrograms/kg, 3 micrograms/kg 20 mg/kg all given intramuscularly randomized blind trial with balanced cross-over design 6 Etorphine proved highest lowest especially evident needle-prick test. Buprenorphine longest duration three tests, hot plate test lasting between 7 24 hrs. had 5 hrs whereas short, only about provides complete analgesia but small safety margin reason it should be used caution pig. The experimental results indicate that first drug choice after surgical intervention due its long lack effects.
