摘要: Modelling and adaptive control of plunge grinding operations using Acoustic Emission (AE) sensor are presented. The AE is mounted on the wheel spindle center, signals transmitted to receiver a wireless transmission media. root mean square (RMS) level calibrated against major parameters such as specific material removal rate, removal, workpiece diamters dressing conditions. process either planned priori or adaptively controlled achieve desired surface finish quality experimentally empirical models. This system interfaced commercial CNC cylindrical machine tool, its effectiveness demonstrated with tests.
