摘要: Abstract As the rapid development and application of microcomputers continues, adaptive control plunge grinding process is becoming increasingly applied under shop floor conditions as a method for not only reducing total costs, but also improving parts quality from both dimensional surface integrity point view. This paper introduces modular computer system developed in Birmingham University. By means in-process identification time constant process, time-optimum strategy, based on accelerated sparkout cycle, has been realised. The main feature strategy overshoot instructed infeed. infeed distance calculated real-time identified constant.
