摘要: With the desire to integrate power converters into larger systems, high density became a very important issue. In this paper we discuss thermal limits of converter systems. It is shown that these are partly given by today's technology and physics. Employing equations, one can quickly estimate maximum possible design. Considering limitations discussed in will be helpful setting up roadmaps related future trends density.
