摘要: Abstract Elastic and structural instabilities have been reported in YBa2Cu3O7-δ between 210 270 K. We carried out an ultrasonic study of these as a function both oxygen concentration annealing temperature. Measurements the sound velocity attenuation correspondingly performed on two series polycrystalline samples. The electrical resistance has also measured simultaneously. results strongly suggest that observed elastic are associated with athermal (martensitic-type) transition starting at temperature, Ts , which decreases decreasing concentration. A linear relationship is obtained superconducting Tc suggesting second phase formed essential for high .
