摘要: Objectives: We aimed to analyze the differentially-expressed miRNAs in colon cancer cells order identify novel potential biomarkers involved cell resistance.Design and methods: investigated miRNA expression profile of GEO human carcinoma cells, sensitive EGFR inhibitor Cetuximab (CTX) their CTX-resistant counterpart (GEO CR) by using a chip.Results: found 27 upregulated 10 downregulated CR compared with fold change ≥ 2.
