摘要: For a system of coplanar electrons and holes the photoluminescence spectrum in fractional quantum Hall regime does not exhibit anomalies associated with effect. However, when electron hole layers are separated new peak is introduced filling factor exceeds fraction ν 0 at which an incompressible state occurs. The from main spectral feature by quasiparticle-quasihole gap corresponds to process fractionally charged quasiparticle recombines leaving behind quasiholes
