摘要: Abstract Background and objectives Physical activity is important for all heart failure (HF) patients to improve quality of life physical function. Since adherence low could differ between seasons, it essential explore factors related change that may depend on seasonal changes. The purpose this study was describe the differences in assess influence these a country with markedly different winter-to-summer weather conditions (in temperature, hours daylight snow fall). Methods had cross-sectional survey design. Outpatients HF completed questionnaire activity, motivation self-efficacy exercise symptom severity summer winter northern hemisphere country. We used analysis variance evaluate motivation, severity. Results Eighty-seven (29% women, mean age 70 ± 9 years) were included 35% performed less (METs) winter, compared summer. Increased during associated lower levels. Conclusion One-third summer, Decreased not self-efficacy. This emphasises need personalised programmes also depending seasons.
