摘要: Abstract Various coiled flow cells are tested for monitoring the chemiluminescence produced by cobalt-catalysed oxidation of luminol hydrogen peroxide and fluorescein-sensitized sulphide sodium hypochlorite. When a 6-coil cell is used, 1O −3 –1OO ng Co 2+ 1–1000 S 2 can be determined in 10- 100-μl samples, respectively.
