摘要: Transmission Expansion Planning (TEP) is a central decision in power systems and currently receiving increased attention due to the integration of renewable needed meet ambitious European emission reduction targets. The TEPES model (long-term for an Electric system) unites some latest theoretical developments field (with them having been designed especially this model) with practical application, as used several international projects. identifies optimal expansion plan terms investment expenses, operation cost reliability penalties. It considers stochasticity demand, hydro inflows, fuel prices energy generation. solved using efficient implementation Benders' decomposition that incorporates algorithmic improvements enhance computational performance. Two case studies (one descriptive test one real application) illustrate model.
