摘要: teristic of the cell wall; namely, they were thickened cells with lignified, secondary walls. It is commonly accepted that cellulose, a simple polymerization glucose, synthesized by UDP-glucose. These results suggested OsMST3 facilitated accumulation monosaccharides, being substrate for formation cellulose when lignins are in wall at cell-thickening stage. In yeast, two unusual glucose transporters appear to function as lowand high-glucose sensors, respectively, produce an intracellular signal (Ozcan et al 1996). Sensor systems similar those yeast probably exist multicellular organisms such higher plants, which consist mosaics autotrophic green and heterotrophic nongreen cells. Further characterization required clarify monosaccharide transport plants.
