摘要: To allow better machining heat transfer through mist evaporation, a new active cooling method is proposed. It based on variable strength activation of coolant together with cooling. A key issue in the proposed use multiple actuators high frequency vibration for extra increase. This will rely idea focusing and superposition. In this project, experimental tests were conducted to test precision machining. Experimental results show that effects ejection distance de sensor output amplitude Aa fa are not significant. The has linear relationship number actuator na. na obvious. Based results, using constructive superposition confirmed.
