摘要: To solve the problem associated with cryogenic cooling approach and one chilled air approach, an actively cooled coolant is proposed examined. The system also able to reduce time period reach equilibrium state enhance productivity. An active prototype was developed that utilizes a compact conditioner design, which easy use, movable, can be easily fitted into different type of machine designs relatively low costs. based on use forced convection heat generated during machining process. Experimental computational studies effects for grinding brittle materials are carried out. experimental results show improve surface quality up 13.1% average in terms roughness Ra. optical SEM examinations confirmed advantageous. Computational testing taken away more effectively by using approach.
