摘要: Abstract The electric properties of Ni1−xZnxFe2O4 ferrites (with x=0.0–0.7, in steps x=0.1) prepared by wet chemical co-precipitation method have been studied as a function frequency, temperature and composition. broad XRD peaks green samples TEM image confirm the nano-dimensional nature samples. Dispersion dielectric constant with frequency is observed loss also shows decrease its value increase frequency. tangent was found to Dielectric (e′), (e″) (tan δ) show strong dependence at all frequencies. dependent results indicate that values e′, e″ tan δ temperature.
