摘要: Abstract Nano crystalline NiFe 2− x Ga O 4 , 0.0 ⩽   ⩽ 1 ferrite was prepared by citrate method. The structural and micro evolutions of the nanophase have been studied using X-ray powder diffraction Rietveld refinement result showed that type cationic distribution over tetrahedral octahedral sites in nanocrystalline lattice is partially an inverse spinel. Furthermore, Mossbauer spectra, measured at 20 K all samples show complete magnetic behavior, whereas room temperature, are combination ferromagnetic superparamagnetic components indicating particle size dependency. inversion Ni ions a sample affected percentage present, consistent with results data analysis. a.c conductivity temperature range 77–493 K frequency 50–100 kHz. dielectric constant increase amount. doped 2 follow correlated barrier hopping (CBH) model. activation energy increases from1.2 to 1.8 eV as amount increases.
