摘要: Four perennial wheat genotypes derived from crosses between Triticum aestivum and Thinopyrum elongatum, Th. intermedium or ponticum were grown in Central Italy over 2 years of testing, compared for their agronomical, biochemical, nutritional technological traits with three commercial common cultivars. Perennial derivatives characterized by post-harvest regrowth, small kernels, high number tillers, protein content reduced sodium dodecyl sulphate sedimentation volume. Lines 11955 OK72 exhibited soft kernel texture due to wild-type alleles at the puroindoline loci, whereas lines 235A 280B produced medium-hard kernels presence novel puroindolines A B inherited elongatum intermedium, respectively. In addition, presented a carotenoids 5-n-alkylresorcinols annual counterparts. AR composition line 235A, as determined gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, was percentage (64.7 %) long-chain (C21:0 + C23:0 + C25:0) homologues, which are claimed prevent cardiovascular diseases cancer. unique having C17/C21 homologue ratio 0.34, likely ponticum. This along also showed total dietary fiber. Finally, peculiar storage observed some durum obtained T. turgidum subsp. junceiforme. wheatgrass species found contain 10-mer QQPQDAVQPF peptide, is able prolamins triggering inflammatory responses celiac patients.
