摘要: Soil conditions, leading to iron deficiency or toxicity, are widespread in nature. Our objective was study the effect of Fe supply, ranging from complete excess, on growth and some photosynthetic indices pea plants. Both toxicity decreased shoot root growth. Complete resulted a lower shoot/root ratio higher content dry biomass per unit fresh roots, while excess led shoot. also characterized by low chlorophyll carotenoid content, elevated ratios a/chlorophyll b carotenoids/chlorophylls, drop rate leaf area, an increase chlorophyll. The stomatal resistance substantially increased, transpiration decreased. Smaller changes rate, but not were found under partial iron. In first case, decreased, second it increased. maximum efficiency photosystem II unaffected supply. Even when no genetic experimental differences existed, growth, pigment photosynthesis due variation supply depended type severity imposed stress, as well studied parameter. A combination described better especially small characterized.
