摘要: A lack of sufficient knowledge regarding the behaviour stimuli-responsive polymers to biological stimuli hinders potential use responsive as biomaterials and medical devices. Hence, in this study, we demonstrate impact various globular proteins on phase transition temperature poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) an aqueous solution through fluorescence spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering (DLS), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). Furthermore, describe molecular interaction PNIPAM with by MolDock method. Our experimental docking studies revealed that such α-chymotrypsin (CT), insulin (In) haemoglobin (Hb) decreased lower critical (LCST) polymer, whereas succinyl-concanavalin (SCA) increased LCST PNIPAM. The changed upon increasing concentration protein from 0.5mg/mL 1mg/mL. thermoresponsive can be significantly altered functional groups present protein. findings study used engineering bioresponsive smart PNIPAM-based
