摘要: The partial oxidation of methane to synthesis gas has been studied over a Pt/10% Rh gauze catalyst. experiments were carried out at atmospheric pressure using single in quartz reactor heated an electric furnace. furnace temperature was varied the range 200--1050°C and space time 0.00015--0.0005 s. feed consisted mixture CH4 : O2 ≈2 1 10 oxygen only partly consumed. products carbon oxides, water, hydrogen traces C2-hydrocarbons with compositions far from equilibrium. Compared Pt metal higher conversion more favourable selectivities gas, particular H2, obtained similar temperatures. showed better stability on stream compared gauze. No loss observed after 8 h stream. reactions separately steam reforming water-gas shift reaction temperatures up 1050°C 0.00021 At 960°C results indicate that CO H2 are formed beside H2O as primary products.
