摘要: Single crystals of the solid solutions RbTi1 − x Zr OPO4 (0.015 < x 0.034) were grown and their physical properties studied. In presence zirconium in with maximum content = 0.034, ferroelectric phase transition high-temperature from orthorhombic to cubic are shifted lower temperatures by 100 50°C, respectively. temperature range 700°C room temperature, conductivity doped decreases compared that undoped crystals. It is particular interest intensity second-harmonic generation substantially higher than RbTiOPO4.
