Study of the Dielectric Properties of Europium Doped Barium Titanate Ceramics by an Impedance Spectroscopy

摘要: The barium titanate (BaTiO3) and the BaTiO3 + 0.1wt.% Eu2O3 ceramics were prepared by a conventional ceramic method. structural studies carried out means of an X-ray diffraction technique. influence grains grain boundaries on electrical properties was investigated using impedance spectroscopy. This technique enables us to determine values boundary resistance. results show that Eu doping leads significant reduction in resistance value (˜105Ω) with respect pure BT (˜107Ω). conductivity processes determined from Arrhenius behaviour resistances.
