摘要: In the automotive and, more generally, in industrial arena Fiat Group Automobiles (Fiat) and Chrysler LLC (Chrysler) can be considered two permanent case studies. particular, now that they are joining their trajectories. Both companies have gone through many crises, long histories strong company cultures. last 15 years has been characterised by three acquisitions/mergers; each a good research field. The paper describes trends occurred before alliance targets to make Fiat-Chrysler viable carmaker.
