摘要: Objective: A recently published review (2008) on exercise training in chil- dren and adolescents with cerebral palsy (CP) concluded that more evidence is needed from higher quality studies using common outcomes. The aim of the current paper to provide an update following specific questions: (a) How are recent interventions addressing varying severity levels CP? (b) What main focus interventions? (c) Is there any basis for a meta-analysis these studies? Design: systematic search electronic databases September 2006 January 2010 included all types programs, including land-based aquatic programs focusing cardiovascular, strength, aerobic, anaerobic training. Nineteen met inclusion criteria were analyzed Population/patient, Interven- tion, Control Outcome (PICO) fashion. Results: Literature between focused intervention children less severe CP, Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) I-III. Both outcome measures show extreme heterogeneity, in- dicating calls have gone unheeded. Further, has been no noticeable shift body function towards daily activity participation. Conclusion: Serious heterogeneity was found across entire PICO analysis CP. greater generalizability meaningful performance still highly relevant field rehabilitation
