摘要: At about the sixth week of fetal development, invagination celomic epithelium to form a furrow creates groove whose lips later fuse lateral Mullerian (or paramesonephric) ducts. ducts first become apparent high on dorsal wall cavity and then progressively grow caudally enter pelvis, where they swing medially fuse. Further caudal growth brings these fused into contact with urogenital sinus (Fig. 1B). With relatively uncomplicated transformations, unfused portions mature fallopian tubes portion, uterus vagina.
