摘要: The diffusion layer is a critical factor affecting the temporal response of electrochemical devices. In this article, we have investigated effect relaxation during potentiodynamic sensing ferrocenemethanol (FcMeOH) in microchannels and compared these results to amperometry. First, described, both theoretically experimentally. Then, chronoamperometric voltammetric measurements were considered, rate current increase as plug FcMeOH injected into device was studied for cases. It found that, oxidation FcMeOH, waveform maximising duration anodic phase provided an improved methods, even though amperometry always show best results. This further established by extracting impulse modulation transfer functions, which characterize time frequency responses, respectively, fluidic/electrochemical system. These findings can help designing potential waveforms improving device, systems where high resolution needed. particularly appropriate bioelectrochemical analyses, release uptake phenomena occur on millisecond timescale.
