摘要: The development of any particular analytical or preparative applications using electrochemical techniques in microfluidic devices requires integration microelectrodes. This involves detailed predictions for optimizing the design and selecting best hydrodynamic conditions. For this purpose, we undertook a series works aimed at precise investigation mass transport near electrodes with focus on measurements. Part I (Anal. Chem. 2007, 79, 8502-8510) evaluated common case single microband electrode embedded within microchannel under laminar flow. present work (Part 2) investigated pair operating either generator-generator generator-collector modes. influence confining effect flow velocity amperometric responses was examined basis numerical simulations steady-state regime. Several situations were identified, each them corresponding to specific interactions taking place between electrodes. Related conditions extracted establish zone diagram describing all situations. These systematically validated by experimental results show that detections microchannels can be performed dual higher performances than ones.
