摘要: Abstract The performances of a single microband electrode probing within microfluidic channel, the passage concentration front electroactive species, were investigated. Optimal conditions in terms device geometries and hydrodynamic flow delineated to allow amperometric detections with high temporal resolution. These correspond specific regimes reflecting complex coupling between diffusional convective transport. Experimental current responses excellent agreement theoretical predictions. A new concept microchannel electrodes acting as probes was thus successfully demonstrated.
