摘要: Flow cytometry and sorting proved to be a rapid method that facilitated the identification of different leukocyte populations in bovine blood milk. After briefly incubating whole milk samples hypotonic phosphate buffer, containing supravital acridine orange, 5 classes leukocytes were found (lymphocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils, monocytes) 4 monocytes, macrophages) by flow cytometry. Cells morphologically identified fluorescent microscopy after cytometric light Papanicolaous staining. Udder parenchymal ductal tissue cells (secretory epithelial cells) not evaluated. Large differences total differential cell counts secretions.
