摘要: Raman spectroscopy on surfactant-dispersed, aqueous suspensions of single-walled carbon nanotubes is used to verify the energies interband transitions and validate spectral assignments semiconducting metallic determined by spectrofluorimetry for former excitation profiles latter. The results are compiled into an experimentally based mapping transition versus nanotube diameter revise those previously employed using single-electron theoretical treatments. Because this provides associated with a precise chiral wrapping particular nanotube, it allows monitoring reaction pathways that selective chirality vector. This demonstrated model electron-transfer 4-chlorobenzenediazonium shown be over via charge-transfer stabilization complexes at surfaces former.
