Heat shock proteins of thermophilic and thermotolerant fungi from Taiwan

摘要: Fifteen species of thermophilic and four thermotolerant fungi were isolated from soil samples collected at various localities in Taiwan. Fourteen three strains responded to h thermal stress elevated temperature 30℃ 50℃ by synthesizing 30 heat shock proteins (HSPs) with molecular weights ranging between 20-150 kDa. Heat treatments 40℃, resulted the synthesis 22 HSPs 30-150 Nine seventeen fungal produced a 46 kDa HSPs, seven 52 HSP, five 94 HSP. Four two kinds 87 40 Ten an synthesized 12 20 92 Six 35 kDa, 28 When subjected mostly high medium weight while 50℃, they low HSPs.
