摘要: Abstract: The analysis of beat to fluctuations heart rate known as variability (HRV) become a non-invasive clinical research tool study the modulation that autonomic nervous system exerts on cardiovascular system. missing RR intervals contribute a serious limitation HRV analysis. linear measures are very sensitive ECG artifacts. The objective present was evaluate robustness Poincare plot in presence intervals. is visual in which each interval is plotted function previous interval. provides summary well as detailed beat-to-beat information behavior heart. involves interval time-series data 25 healthy volunteers. ectopic free tachograms with length N=1000 were derived from Lead-II recordings having sampling frequency 500 Hz. In each set, consecutive randomly selected for removal, and data length removed increased 0 100 an increment 5 Two random selections made analyze average effects data. In case, (SD1 SD2) based parameters calculated. Mean relative errors found be less than 1.8 SD1 SD2 even presence 100 missing more robust linear measures
