摘要: A method of respiratory sinus arrhythmia (RSA) evaluation, the main component short-term heart rate variability, based on non-linear dynamics, is described. The latter was approached with repeated construction return maps (Ri vs Ri+lag) an increasing lag from 1 to 25. correlation coefficient for each map calculated and then presented as a function lag. Some quantitative measures were introduced compared time- frequency-domain RSA. applied in 7 healthy subjects 6 patients coronary disease. effect different time ECG registration, study conditions (controlled breathing autonomic blockade) also studied. >
