摘要: A method of nonlinear dynamics analysis heart rate variability was applied in 65 patients chronic phase after myocardial infarction. On the basis clinical data, including age, mean R-R interval, standard deviation intervals, ejection fraction, presence ventricular premature depolarizations (VPDs) >10/hour, complex VPDs or non-sustained tachycardia, as well late potentials, previous infarction, and survival from cardiac arrest, risk score calculated for each patient. Patients were divided into 3 groups different (H-high, n=5; M-medium, n=14; L-low, n=46). Groups compared respect to complexity HRV dynamics, estimated by means repeated return maps with increasing time-lag 1 6. The authors found some quantitative measures qualitative patterns, which significantly distinguished at high those medium low risk.
